Training in finance and management of cultural projects.

It consists on the training of cultural professionals and aims to enhance the quality of cultural projects,
encourage international cultural cooperation and improving the management of cultural entities.
Each training session will last for 120 hours and with the following contents: the life cycle of a project,
strategic thinking, design and strategic planning, planning methodologies, project development, project
budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, financing of cultural projects.
Each course will be taught by a trainer with a vast curriculum in project management at international
level (Carla Janeiro, Portugal).
After completing this course, students will be asked to complete an evaluation questionnaire to obtain
their views on how the training was conducted. Trainer, contents, equipment, teaching methods and
aids, some of the aspects to be evaluated.
360 Graus will be responsible for contacting with the trainers and the preparation of teaching materials
to be distributed to participants (syllabus). Each partner will be responsible for local logistics,
dissemination and accepting applications. All partners participated in the detailed definition of the
syllabus.
Trainees and their cultural entities, including the partner organizations, will be better prepared to
design and manage international cultural projects, trainees will have new skills to work in the cultural
sector at an international level.
The implementation of this action in all partner countries is due to the identification of gaps in cultural
professionals on the management and financing of cultural projects.
In addition to the 45 copies of syllabus for delivery to the graduates, more copies will be produced so
that the contents can reach other cultural workers who do not attend training (multiplier effects).
It is expected to achieve as a result, cultural agents qualified for the cultural promotion and
management of cultural projects at the international level.
Outputs: 3 training in management and financing of cultural projects, 45 participants (15 trainees per
country), 1 booklet produced (150 copies).
 
 

Conducting training of trainers for sound technicians

It is intended to train trainers to teach professional sound technicians in STP, CV and ET. Together
with the activity 1.4.2, creating conditions for the teaching professional sound technicians, this activity
will allow the opening of vocational courses for sound technicians in STP, CV and ET. Each course
will last for 120 hours and will be taught by João Bacelar (Portugal), an experienced sound technician
and trainer. After completing this course, students will be asked to complete an evaluation
questionnaire to obtain their views on how the training took place. Trainer, contents, equipment,
teaching methods and aids, some of the aspects to be evaluated. 360 Graus will be responsible for
contacting the trainers and the preparation of teaching materials to be distributed to participants
(syllabus). Each partner will be responsible for local logistics, dissemination and receiving of
applications. Students will improve their professional skills and some of them will join the faculty of
professional courses to create sound technicians in STP, CV and ET, with the consequent generation
of income. The training of trainers will allow for more people to receive training, even after completion
of the project. In addition to the 30 copies of syllabus for delivery to the trainees, more copies will be
produced so that the contents can reach other technicians who do not attend training (multiplier
effects). It is expected to achieve the following results: qualified trainers to provide training for sound
technicians.
Outputs: 3 training course for sound technicians, 30 participants, 1 booklet (100 copies)
