Exchanges between cultural agents

This activity consists in the traveling of a cultural agent of each partner country to all other participating

countries. The aim is to promote contact with the cultural reality of the countries involved in the project,

the cultural contact at an international level, the exchange of experiences. It is also intended to

promote the establishment of privileged contacts between cultural actors in ACP countries and

Europe, for the establishment of new transnational partnerships in the cultural sector, which could

translate into new cultural projects of international scope.

Each partner will be responsible for the hosting of the exchanges in their country.

The program of each exchange will include:

a) Presentation of the partner organizations (activity open to community), including:

- Vision, mission, legal status, reference values;

- Objectives, organization, partners, services, activities, target audience;

- Projects and activities, human resources, partnerships, funding, development;

- Region (location, area, population, age structures, economic activities, cultural aspects, striking

strengths and weaknesses).

b) Visitation of cultural sites of the host countries.

c) Working sessions between visiting and local cultural agents.

It is expected to achieve as a result, cultural operators working at a transnational level and the

creation of new networks for future projects.

Outputs: 4 of cultural exchanges in four countries; 60 cultural professionals directly involved; 20 public

and private cultural entities directly involved
